Medicare Rebates
You or your child may be eligible for up to 5 Medicare rebates of $58.30 within a 12 month period, through a Chronic Disease Care Plan. If you are unsure, please speak to your GP.
NDIS
We can see NDIS participants that are self or plan managed, providing dietetic services align with the participant’s goals. If you are unsure, please check with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC).
Private Health
Check with your individual fund to see if you have extras cover for Dietetics.

Accredited Practising Dietitian
Grace McConchie
Grace specialises in paediatric nutrition and currently working at The Royal Children's Hospital and Monash Children's Hospital. She has broad experience in infant and child nutrition with a special interest in general paediatric nutrition (poor growth, fussy eating, nutrient deficiencies), tube feeding (tube weaning, blended tube feeds) and food allergies.
Grace studied the Masters of Dietetics at Monash University and completed her Certificate of Paediatric Nutrition at The Royal Children's Hospital.

Grace acknowledges that every family is unique and prides herself on providing tailored, practical and evidence based nutrition advice for each child.

Accredited Practising Dietitian
Bridey McMahon
Bridey has years of experience working in Victoria's tertiary hospitals, community health and private practice. Bridey specialised in gastrointestinal surgery and intensive care nutrition during her clinical years and is passionate about working with patients to improve their treatment outcomes and quality of life through optimal nutrition.

Bridey values working in partnership with medical professionals to provide evidence based, effective nutrition support for her patients.

Bridey has experience managing a range of clinical conditions including malnutrition, diabetes, heart disease, peri-menopause, gastroenterological disease, liver disease and optimisation for surgery.
We have worked across Victoria's top tertiary health services.
